Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Consulting Services LLC plans to establish, and maintain a reputation of dependability and consistency in providing small business owners these professional services along with Income Tax planning and preparation, in order to help the owner tangibly see where his/her company stands financially and to help identify ways for the company to improve profitability and efficiency. In the process the company will also identify ways for the client to minimize the company’s tax liability, while optimizing their cash flow. The actual process of providing the tracking of the company’s detailed financial data will help the small business owner to see for himself where his company stands and will pinpoint where the strengths and weaknesses are that the owner would not otherwise see because of poor record-keeping and possible lack of understanding concerning the financial direction and possibilities of the company.
